Eric Keller, president and chief executive officer, brings to Movaris more than 20 years of experience as a financial executive in high-growth technology companies, giving him unique insight into the efforts of public companies to comply with a wide range of regulations. His business background encompasses corporate and international finance, public offerings, acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and financial information systems, and he has worked with companies in capital goods, services, and health care. Throughout his career, he has built strong finance functions to support rapidly expanding technology companies and has completed more than $400 million of private and public financings.

Mr. Keller has extensive experience in corporate compliance with government agencies including the SEC and the FDA. Most recently, he has served as the CEO of a high-technology startup and is currently the non-executive chairman of the board of Marimba, Inc., a provider of products and services for software change and configuration management.He has been the CFO of Corio Inc., an enterprise application service provider; Aspect Communications, a provider of contact center solutions and services; Dionex Corporation, a manufacturer of scientific instruments; and Ventritex,Inc., a medical device manufacturer.
